Custom Made Components
Kart Components manufacture a wide range of custom components for our customers. Such as non-standard discs which are manufactured using laser cutting technology for rental kart manufacturers and for use on brake down vehicles like the one pictured.

We can also manufacture special shortened axles for customers. In the past we have made special axles for special effects departments for Television and live theatre shows.


Other Applications

As well as making custom components a lot of our standard parts can and have been used for a variety of applications.

Our mechanical brake has been used as a parking brake for microlight aircraft, large scale model cars, carriages and again for special effects projects.
