Luke
Rosewell, now aged 12 has been racing kart's since
his 8th birthday, amassing many race wins, club
championship wins and being 2005 Formula 6 open cadet
champion and 2006 Formula 6 junior royale champion,
using Kart components supplied wheels, braking systems
and axles on all his Project one chassis. This year
he's moving up to the Junior tkm four stroke series
with formula 6 and once again using a Project one
chassis,
the first changes to be made to the kart were to
replace the old braking system with the original
kart components
version which has been so reliable for us over the
year's both improving brake feel and efficiency,
then we replaced the axle with the kart components
copper
coated 50mm version to improve the handling through
the corner's, and finally we've just fitted a set
of the new kart components spoked wheel's which
are strong
and light, Luke also uses super offset jet wheels
in the wet giving extra front end grip when cornering.
Next
year Luke will be competing in the Super one british
championship series again with a Project one chassis
fitted with Kart component's system's.
Many
thanks to Mike and Daniel for all their help and
advice over the
year's !
