We manufacture these hubs especially for the Rally Kart market. They come with four studs with a P.C.D of 4" , twin bolt fixing, are available with 6mm or 8mm keyway and to fit 25mm and 30mm axles. They are also supplied complete with nuts.

We can manufacture axles to suit. Subject to a minimum order we can manufacture axles to your own specification or our standard axles are available with no minimum order. All axles are machined to tight tolerances and are checked for straightness.

All of our brakes are suitable for Rally Karts. The most popular for Rally Karts is the MX50 fully self adjusting system, however we also supply our manually adjusted hydraulic and mechanical systems for Rally Karts. Please see our Braking Systems for more details.

Discs are available in plain or slotted versions. We recommend using a steel slotted disc for rally karts due the nature of their use.

The disc carriers are probably the strongest on the market. Made from heat treated aluminium they are circular for extra strength and now come with a 6mm grub screw which clamps the carrier to the axle on top of the axle key.
